	JAN HARTLEY (Projection Design). Ms. Hartley has worked with Lisa Peterson On In Mother Words at The Geffen Theater in Los Angeles, and In Mother Words at Hartford Stage. Ms. Hartley recently completed the Ring Cycle directed by Francesca Zambello for San Francisco Opera in June 2011. Ms. Hartley designed The Orphans’ Home Cycle for Hartford Stage and Signature Theatre Company in 2009-2010. She has also worked with Michael Wilson, Mark Brokow, Tina Landau, Doug Hughes, Jack O’ brien, Jerry Zaks, Christopher Ashley, Michael Mayer, Simon McBurney, Ping Chong and Meredith Monk. She has worked on the West End in London, Broadway, off-Broadway and in many Regional theaters. Ms. Hartley has received two Drama Desk awards for Bunny, Bunny and Orphans’ Home Cycle, a Henry Hewes Design Award for Orphans’ Home Cycle, and an OBIE for sustained excellence in Projection Design.
	EMILY HUBLEY (Animation Designer) has been making short animated films for over thirty years. Her feature, The Toe Tactic (2008) premiered theatrically at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC and is a Kino International DVD release. She has contributed animation to numerous feature films including Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Blue Vinyl and William Kunstler: Disturbing the Universe. Her work for In Mother Words marks her theatrical debut.

CONCEIVERS/PRODUCERS

SUSAN R. ROSE is an award-winning theatrical and film producer. Upon graduating from college, Rose produced Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Fords Theatre in 1980. When it arrived on Broadway, Rose was the youngest person to have produced a Broadway show, and it was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Musical. Her other Broadway producing credits include David Rabe's Hurlyburly (Tony Award nomination, Best Play), Athol Fugard's Bloodknot (Tony Award nomination, Best Revival of a Play), and Larry Shue's The Nerd. Off-Broadway, she produced the Drama Desk Award-winning musical The Last Five Years (with Renee Landegger). Also with Landegger, she commissioned the World Premiere of The Secret Letters of Jackie and Marilyn (Pittsburgh Public Theatre) and Sabina (Primary Stages).

Susan joined forces with Dan Paulson in 1996, and they have produced movies for CBS, NBC, Showtime and Lifetime. Several of their films, "Cooler Climate" and "Jack" have won Emmy awards and various nominations.

She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild of America.

JOAN STEIN is a Tony Award winning producer who has produced and/or general managed over 80 plays and musicals, including Table Settings, The Miss Firecracker Contest, The Nerd, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, Sideman (Tony Award), Love Letters, Forever Plaid, The Lonesome West, Ruthless!, Enron, Bash and Hedwig & The Angry Inch.

She was the Managing Director of the historic Berkshire Theatre Festival in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, Executive Director of The Canon Theatre in Beverly Hills, and Theatre Producer for the HBO Comedy Festival in Aspen. With partner, Steve Martin, Ms. Stein created Martin/Stein Productions, a television company that developed and produced scripted and reality television programming for all broadcast networks, HBO and Showtime.

Current projects include Standing on Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays, Mad Hot Ballroom, a new musical based on the Award winning documentary, and the Broadway musical Catch Me If You Can. She created and manages 2 theatre investment funds, has served on the Board of Directors of NY Theatre Workshop and Women in Film, helped launch Broadway Cares, and was a member of The Broadway League for 22 years.

	RENEE LANDEGGER After years in business and active volunteering Renee has enthusiastically joined her mentor Susan Rose in producing Sabina and Elsa/Edgar at Primary Stages, Jason Robert Brown's Last Five Years at Minetta Lane and The Secret Letters of Jackie and Marilyn at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. She is pleased to be back at her alma mater, Primary Stages, co-producing Motherhood Out Loud, having been involved in the developmental production of the play during its run at the Bay Street Theater, the Hartford Stage Company and the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles.
	JONATHAN MURRAY Widely credited with inventing the modern reality television genre, Jonathan Murray inspires, influences and entertains television audiences worldwide. Since the 1992 launch of The Real World (MTV), he has created and executive produced some of the industry’s most innovative, unscripted television programs. Under Murray’s leadership, Bunim/Murray Productions created the first reality game show, Road Rules (MTV), in 1995; the first reality sitcom, The Simple Life (E!), in 2003; and the first reality soap opera, Starting Over, in 2003. Current programming includes The Bad Girls Club and Love Games (Oxygen), Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, Kim and Kourtney Take New York, Khloe and Lamar, The Spin Crowd and Married to Rock (E!), The Real World/Road Rules Challenge (MTV), Project Runway (Lifetime) and Saddle Ranch (VH1).
	JUDITH RESNICK has produced both on and Off-Broadway including The History Boys (Tony Award), Desire Under The Elms, Blithe Spirit, Inherit the Wind, Flower Drum Song, Say Goodnight Gracie, All About Me, Enron, The Exact Center of the Universe starring Frances Sternhagen, From the Mississippi Delta, After Play by Anne Meara and David Mamet's Cryptogram in London. She serves on the Board of Directors of Channel 13/WNET, Westport Country Playhouse, Israel Museum in Jerusalem, and the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.

ROBIN GORMAN NEWMAN is thrilled to be involved with Motherhood Out Loud, her first foray into theatre as Associate Producer. As a Love Coach and author, How to Meet a Mensch in NY and How to Marry a Mensch (being adapted for the stage), she has made appearances at shows including Dinner with Friends and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. She’s been seen on CNN and The Today Show and has spoken at Canyon Ranch and Mohonk Mountain House. She is a member of The American Society of Journalists and Authors.

Robin is the founder of MotherhoodLater.com, a worldwide organization for those who became a mom at 35+. She publishes the ezine Baby Bloomer, blogs on life as a later mom and writes theatre reviews. She is hugely grateful for this opportunity to meld her passion for theatre with parenting, and for the support of her husband, Marc, and mensch-in-the-making son Seth.

	DAVID CALE is the writer/performer of solo shows including A Likely Story (The New Group), Lillian (Playwrights Horizons), Deep in a Dream of You (The Public). He wrote the book, lyrics, co-composed the music for, and played Floyd in the musical Floyd and Clea Under the Western Sky (Playwrights Horizons).
	JESSICA GOLDBERG'S would like to thank the Pigott family for allowing her to interview them for this play. Other plays include: Body Politic, Get What You Need, Sex Parasite, Good Thing, Refuge, The Hologram Theory, and Stuck. Jessica is a graduate of NYU's DWP and The Juilliard School. 	BETH HENLEY'S was awarded the Pulitzer Prize in Drama and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for her play Crimes of the Heart. Her newest play The Jacksonian opens in January 2011 at the Geffen Playhouse.
	LAMEECE ISSAQ is an actor and writer. She's been seen in The Fever Chart and Stuff Happens (Drama Desk Award, Outstanding Ensemble) at the Public Theatre, and The Black Eyed at New York Theatre Workshop. She is developing her full length play Food and Fadwa at New York Theatre Workshop.
	CLAIRE LaZEBNIK has co-authored two non-fiction books about autism (Overcoming Autism, Growing Up on the Spectrum) and published her fifth and sixth novels this fall (Families and Other Nonreturnable Gifts and Epic Fail). She lives in the Los Angeles area with her TV writer husband and four children.

	THERESA REBECK New York: The Understudy (Roundabout), Mauritius (Biltmore Theatre, Broadway). Omnium Gatherum (co-written) was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 2003. Novels: Three Girls and Their Brother and Twelve Rooms with a View. TV: "NYPD Blue" (Peabody Award) and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent." Currently the creator/executive producer of the new NBC show "SMASH". Her play Seminar will open on Broadway this fall.
	LUANNE RICE is the New York Times bestselling author of twenty-nine novels, most recently The Silver Boat.
